Inclusive Rates - To provide you with peace of mind, our pricing includes all anticipated charges for renting the villa for up to 6 guests (e.g. WiFi, air-conditioning, bedlinens, bath towels and beach towels, departure cleaning, and utilities - items which are often charged as extras).  The only additional cost is for the optional Pool Heating - we have an electric powered heat pump, so can guarantee a heated pool all year round. If you choose to have the pool heated, a supplement of £150 per week applies.

#BookDirect - We advertise Casa Windlenook on a few online holiday booking sites, most of which add a booking fee/traveller service fee/commission to our rental rate when you book.  This can mean that you would pay between 6% and 20% more, simply for choosing to book via their website.  By enquiring and booking direct with us (the owners) via this website or by phone/email to us, you can be confident of a fast and knowledgeable response, secure payment methods, and the guarantee that you will get the best rate direct with us.
